Enrollment

Documents required for registration:

Two Photo-copies of the passport (personal information page and visa)
4 passport photos.
Recommendation letter from your home embassy in Damascus stating that the embassy has no objection concerning the student’s registration at the ALTD.
Certified photo-copy of the AIDS test certificate from the AIDS Laboratory in Damascus.
Filling in the application form provided by the Office of Registration & Student Affairs (ORSA).

Placement Test:

- All new students, except absolute beginners, should take a placement test before the beginning of the course to determine his/her exact level according to ALTD's levels system. Returning students should take the test only if more than 4 months have passed since their last enrollment.

- The Placement Test fee is 500 SP.

- The date of the placement test is set during the registration.

- Students may take the PT before presenting all registration documents to the ORSA.

Registering is done strictly in person. The center has no representatives outside Damascus University. Your only source of information is the ORSA.

Enrolment for SARC program is completed after arrival to Damascus by presenting ALL the Required Documents to the ORSA and paying the required fees in cash in SYRIAN POUNDS during the registration period. (WE WILL NOT ACCEPT INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS).
